Refund Conditions

Since reports are compiled digitally and served instantly upon payment completion, we do not generally support refunds once a PDF download has been initiated or completed. However, in cases of verified duplicate transactions due to network drops, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. Please contact support with details.
